Since 1994, SOI Engagements has and will continue to promote community appreciation, recognize economic and cultural contributions, establish and maintain relationships with military, civic, and state leaders. Our team creates lines of communication in order to strengthen the ties and improve community opportunities.

Our Mission is to:

(1) Educate management along with associates on balancing priorities with already existing problems.

(2) Promoting a climate that facilitates knowledge, confidence, experience and opportunity through fairness to employees and the employers need to run their organization efficiently and effectively.

(3) Establish the lines of communication throughout the organization to ensure the sharing of ideas, exchange of information and to promote unified efforts, whenever possible on Human Resource Management.
