Process Action Team (PAT)
What makes us “TICK”? The answer is complex and simple at the same time, and the solution is unique for each of us. We all know that others can inspire us. If you are looking for motivation you must look from within. To many times we try to mold our self into something we are not. We are creatures of habit and what works for others may not work for us. We are all leaders even if the only person we lead is our self. The question is what direction are you leading?
The Process Action Team (PAT) consists of me in cooperation with the Client. What better way for me to hear your story than from you. The PAT impresses the importance of Learning. We learn through Life, Conditioning, Imitation and Determinism. Genetic Determinism (Nature) is our physical attributes that we receive from our grandparents. Psychic Determinism (Nurture) is our assumptions, personal biases and stereotypes we receive from our parents/ guardians. Environmental Determinism is where “Nature” and Nurture” collide.
Self-Assessment is a tool used by collecting, processing and evaluating data from you. This process provides feedback on how you see yourself and how you think others see you as a result of Environmental Determinism. This mechanism makes you the “Center of Gravity” (COG). The COG changes through time and Experience. The COG determines its courses of actions through knowing its capabilities, capacity, function and limitations. The end result is a better understanding of situational awareness that can only be achieved by its own answers. Your answers determine if you are able and willing to “Lead” in the right direction.

WHAT: Leadership is what you do. Leadership is effective. Leadership is subjective and is a
transfer of emotions and enthusiasm. Leadership is a coach saying, “Go, Fight and Win”! If
you only use leadership in your daily operations you have a greater chance of loosing both resources
and relationships.
HOW: Management is how you do things. Management is efficiency. Management is objective and strictly business. Management is putting limitations on leadership to ensure resources and relationships are readily available.
WHO: Organizations are either “Personality” or “Process” driven. Personality driven organizations die when the personality dies. Process driven organizations ensure the life cycle continues.
