SPEAKING ENGAGEMENT REQUIRED INFORMATION

Take into consideration the supply and demand on Key Note speakers such as RC Murphy. Look ahead at anywhere from 12 to 16 weeks to book your corporation for a speaking engagement.

Subject: Managing Change “Relationship Based Productivity” Time: Half a day (4 hours)

Cancellations: Will be accepted if notified at least 10 weeks in advance. (See Refunds) If not cancelled within 10 weeks payment in full ($2.500) is required from client to RC Murphy. (Not to include Travel, Transportation, Hotel and Per Diem)

Recordings: Are not authorized. The fee quoted is based on the fact that there will be no audio or visual recordings made of the presentation. Announcement will be made reminding the audience that no recording is permitted.

Audio-Visual Needs: (Client provides) Microphone, PA system and screen required.

Promotion & Publicity: Must ask RC for permission.

Travel: Includes expenses (paid by client) for round-trip unrestricted first class airfare from RC Murphy’s Home of Record.

Transportation: Client is responsible for transporting RC from arrival date to departure date.

Per Diem: $300.00 a day

Hotel: Arrangements to be made by the client and direct-billed to the client’s master account. Please
reserve a king-sized, non-smoking room, with late check-out approved, and late arrival guaranteed for (2 Days and 2 nights). RC Murphy will check in the evening before the event.

FEE QUOTED: $50.00 a person minimum of 50 persons ($2,500).
Payment Method: Cash, Check or Money Order at least 12 weeks in advance.

Refunds: No refunds. Because of the numerous inquires we receive, and our desire to serve clients with an immediate answer, we do not hold dates. If a letter of agreement is not returned in 5 working days of initial contact, this (these) date (s) will be considered open.
If everything is satisfactory email the Story Boards Administrator for confirmation.
